What do I need to do before you come for the hot tub?

Two things, and they matter. Drain the hot tub completely, then have it disconnected before we arrive: we don't do any electrical or plumbing work. Leave the cover and steps where they are, we take those too. Finally, unlock the gate and clear the path to the street if you can. The rest is on us: protection, lifting, getting it out and loading.

Do you take the above-ground pool apart, or do I have to?

We take it apart for you, on site. The pool needs to be drained and the pump unplugged before we arrive; then the crew removes the liner, takes down the walls and frame, and carries out the ladder, pump and filter. A small attached wooden deck or set of steps comes apart in the same visit. One important note: we only work on above-ground pools. No in-ground pools, no filling, no excavation.

Will getting the hot tub out damage my lawn or deck?

We do everything we can to avoid it. Before anything moves, the crew picks the safest route to the truck: gate, side yard, driveway. The lawn and deck are protected the whole way, and the hot tub travels on straps instead of being dragged. If the path is too narrow, it comes out in sections. We pick up every screw and wood splinter before we leave.
